Blueberries are yummy. And the 5 or 6 plants we have in our yard aren't big enough to make enough blueberries for all of us. So we went back to the blueberry farm we visited last year.

Alex and Dave got some berries from the tops of the plants.

And then got the ones lower down. Most of the berries they picked didn't make it into the bucket, though.

Finally, we found the bushes with lots of ripe berries! Hooray!

Alex took a break from picking and eating to watch me pick some berries.

Nicholas, blueberry fiend, used a double handed approach to picking and eating the berries. I think altogether, he added maybe five berries to the bucket.

A field of blueberry bushes. Yum. We had to walk back to the building in the upper left to pay for our berries. Luckily, we were able to pick more berries along the way. We ended up with just over 2 pounds of blueberries. Yummy!

Afterwards, we went to lunch with some of Dave's family. And I took some pictures of this fountain.

Dave showed me some things to try with my camera settings, and I got this shot. Woo hoo! A new camera skill!

Nicky was sooooo tired. He was mesmerized by the water falling back into the pool under the fountain.

Across the street, there were some spinning things. yeah for spinning things!

The striped parts at the top spun around.

Alex gave it a try.

And then they found a place they could get wet. Fun, fun times on a hot, hot day.

Good thing the blueberry farm didn't charge for blueberries eaten! Nicholas alone could eat his weight in them! What a fun outing! Love, Mannah
