This past weekend, we had some friends visit from the other side of the mountains. We had a great time. We talked, went to the Science Center, talked, saw some dinosaurs, talked, played with bubbles, talked and then talked some more. It was really good.
Needless to say, the kids are tired today. We spent the morning at the indoor playground we went to a lot last year. Today was the first day it was open, and it was raining outside, so it seemed a good thing to do. (I figured any germs that were left over from last year would have died off by now. I also asked them if they had considered getting those wipes from Costco that are used on shopping carts to kill the germs. Hopefully, they'll figure somethign out so that it's not as germy there this winter.) The kids wore themselves out and both napped. I even got a bit of sleep in. It was good.
Right now, Nicholas is saying "Baw! Baw! Baw!" (Ball!) and Alex is playing some game with Rabbitrabbit that involves spinning an office chair around, preferably with Nicholas sitting in it. It's a good day. She just informed me that Las Begas (the name of her dog that is friends with Rabbitrabbit) is spelled "ANDRANDRIEDIEDWEEKNEEEFFFADRFFGGGLLEID". It is a good day.
