Two Stories by Alex!
Peacocks
by Alex!
Once upon a time, there was a peacock. It's name was Foo Foo. (Alex giggles.) Foo Foo was the silliest peacock in the world, because he danced all around instead of doing peacock stuff, like showing off his wings. He ate his wings, instead of showing them off. And he had just one friend, and the friend's name was Bloo Bloo. (More Alex giggles.) They enjoyed eating their feathers, because their feathers taste like hot chocolate. Who are you giving this to? (My blog, so everyone can read it.) They also played pick up throws. So they took lots of different colored pencils and got a big stick and it was just like pick up sticks, but with a big stick and pencils.
The end.
Dogs
by Alex!
I have two dogs at my house. There names are Milo and Leah. Leah is crazy. Milo is lazy. Milo and Leah, well, Leah loves to play. And Milo just likes to snooze on the couch. He's a couch cushion. When Leah sleeps on the couch, she sleeps on the big poofy part of the couch, the back cushion. Milo and Leah have different foods. They are in separate bins. Milo also, his back legs are not working well, so he takes arthritis pills. Leah runs 35 miles per hour and is part whippet. Milo is part shepherd and part lab, plus part love hound. They both even have a silly ear thing that they do, which they put their ears up. They are both actually pretty great cuddle buns. Even Leah, sometimes. They also have favorite bones. Leah's is a big hard chew bone (Galileo bone). Milo's is real bones (milkbones). They also like to steal me and Nick's food. They also really like peanut butter. We gave them a peanut butter jar we finished up the other day. There was lots of peanut butter in it (not really a lot, just some on the sides). When Milo was done with it, Leah chewed it up. And they play very good. They love each other. They bark when they play. They also tackle each other. And I'm going to tell you what they really like. Milo likes to be petted. And Leah really likes to play with other dogs and my Dad. I have one more thing. When you scruff Milo on the ear, he grumbles because he's so happy.
The end.
